Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is known as the Yoga of Awareness. It is a science of mind and body, intended to elevate the spirit. During this workshop participants will utilize breath, movement, and focus to energize the body, while strengthening and balancing the body’s internal systems.

Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation, using body, breath, and awareness techniques. These techniques are designed to effortlessly guide you into a state of complete non-doing.
Yoga Nidra occurs with the participant either lying down or sitting. No physical body movement is involved (non-doing). This practice is regenerative for the body, mind, and emotional being. Benefits tend to be highly personalized and may include improved sleep, reduced patterns of worry, anxiety, fear, stress, and, improved well-being.
Following this workshop a majority of participants tend to feel an overall restorative effect throughout their being.
This 2-hour workshop is intended for beginners to advanced practitioners. The date is Sunday, March 24, 2019 from noon to 2:00pm, and will be held at Cave of the Heart, at 5957 Wyandotte St. East, Windsor, ON.
