NAVIGATING STRESS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION WITH THE TOOLS OF iREST® MEDITATION

Our emotions are not good or bad; they are simply messengers that want to be seen, felt and heard. They are knocking on the door of our Awareness delivering us a message that needs our attention so we can engage in the right action that restores our sense of wellbeing.
Join me in this workshop to experience and learn some of the foundational practices of iRest® Meditation. Meet, greet, welcome, and proactively engage difficult emotions. Uncover your innate resilience, inexhaustible resourcefulness, and a deep sense of peace and inner stillness that underlies all the changing states of our body, mind and senses.
This workshop includes plenty of practice and also discussion. Handouts will be provided. Please bring a mat, a blanket and a pillow for your comfort, as well as pen and paper.
